Our experience event planners and event coordinators can assist you in making all of the plans.  We pay strict attention to all of the little details to ensure a perfect evening that your friends, family and guests will all enjoy.

We can help plan out the locations of tents, canopies, entertainment, lighting, decorating, flowers, transportation, customize menus, accommodations and all other wishes.  We have many contacts and know where to get the best service and prices from the best vendors.  Let our relationships with them work to your advantage.

You will be assigned a event coordinator who will be with you the whole way from contract to planning to cleanup.  For this service we charge an hourly fee in additional to the services provided by the suppliers, vendors, food, beverage and staffing services.  We look forward to working with you on your next event!
